Ashley Hanlon handles a variety of litigation matters at Woerthwein & Miller. During her time in law school, Ms. Hanlon participated in an externship program at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office where she clerked for the Felony Narcotics Trial/Special Prosecutions Unit. There, Ms. Hanlon gained valuable trial experience, litigating criminal felony bench trials as a Rule 711 law clerk.
Ms. Hanlon’s areas of practice include personal injury, wrongful death, consumer defense, and foreclosure defense. Ms. Hanlon is well versed in all phases of litigation.
A compassionate and understanding attorney, she takes time to get to know each and every one of her clients. Whether the client is in the process of foreclosure, or has lost a child due to medical malpractice, Ms. Hanlon will walk the client through every phase of their case.
Ms. Hanlon is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
